Broadmoor Development was founded to breathe new life into the communities it serves.  Recognizing that Los Angeles is facing a housing shortage, especially in underserved, urban core neighborhoods, Broadmoor saw an opportunity to replenish tired and aging housing stock with new, modern, and energy-efficient homes.

Sustainability

Recognizing that roughly 1/3 of water usage goes to yards and outdoor uses, Broadmoor was one of the first developers in Los Angeles to adopt stylish, drought-resistant landscaping utilizing California native plants.  Not only does this save owners on utilities and maintenance, it helps us do our part in the state’s ongoing battle to conserve water.

At the same time, while trying to conserve our most precious resource, water, Broadmoor makes an effort to plant trees on every property.  We believe we are in the unique position to be adding trees to the cityscape, creating essentially an “Urban Forrest” as we move across the city.

Design

Broadmoor prides itself on building livable, stylish units.  We design homes with modern living in mind.  We always try to incorporate spacious living spaces, functional kitchens, large bedrooms, and in-unit washer/dryers.
